Junior Nationals Update
Congratulations to Jack, who broke a 21 year old state record in the mile at Jr. Nats! Jack swam 3 personal best times, in all 3 events (200/500/1650).

Foley, Callan Awarded
Congratulations to Maya Foley on her selection as the 13-14 Girls Swimmer of the Year for the 2019 Long Course Season! Jack Callan was awarded Scholastic All-American for 2019, which requires the combination of a Junior Nationals QT and a minimum 3.5 GPA. Well done, Maya and Jack!

Trident Announces Construction of
State-of-the-Art Aquatic Center
Trident has broken ground on a new aquatic teaching and training center in Owasso, OK. The 2-pool facility will serve as the new home to Trident's USA competitive swim team and Waves Swim Academy.
