Open Water Squad @Tallchief!

Congratulations to our open water team, who competed at the 2019 Tallchief Challenge last weekend, winning 3 divisions! This year's team: Sylvia, Gabby, Allison, William, Carson and Jacob.

New Junior Team for Swimmers 

Ages 8-13 Begins This Month

Trident announced the addition of a new developmental group level to our team! Geared towards swimmers ages 8 to 13, this new group will focus on transitioning young athletes from swim instruction to competition. Swimmers should be generally proficient in the four competitive strokes. For more information, and to arrange a tryout, please Contact Trident.

 

Zones: Team Oklahoma

Congratulations to Sylvia, Carson, Allison and Maya, all headed to North Dakota this week to represent Team Oklahoma on the 14 & Under Zones Team!

New State Record!

Congratulations to Dawson, Dylan, Jack and Riley for breaking a 12 year old State Record in the 200 Medley Relay at Sectionals!!

Firecracker Meet Recap...

Swimmers! Congratulations on an amazing meet, filled with incredible time drops, new Zones cuts, Sectionals cuts and State cuts! 17 swimmers set 63 personal best times (a new team record PB per swimmer)!! Huge thanks to the Norton's, Perryman's and Ring's for the awesome team cookout after Saturday's session!!

Trident Announces Construction of

State-of-the-Art Aquatic Center

Trident has broken ground on a new aquatic teaching and training center in Owasso, OK.  The 2-pool facility will serve as the new home to Trident's USA competitive swim team and Waves Swim Academy.

2020 Olympic Trials QT's

Congratulations to Trident alumnus Patrick Callan on his two 2020 Olympic Trials qualifying swims (200, 400 Freestyle) at the TYR Pro Series in Bloomington. Now the real work begins!   200 Free Video

 

6 Seniors to Become NCAA athletes

A team record six of seven Trident swimmers have signed to swim in college!  Congratulations on all you’ve achieved, and what’s in store for your future!  Seniors Dylan, Dawson, Isabelle, Walker, Duncan and Addison: your teammates, coaches and families are incredibly proud of you all. Commitment and hard work pays off!

Hughes Commits to DePauw

Duncan Hughes signed his commitment to swim at Depauw University this fall. Through hard work and determination, Duncan has come a long way in the last few years, and our Trident family is thrilled for Duncan and the Hughes family on this outstanding opportunity ahead for him! Congratulations, Duncan!

10 Swimmers Named to Tulsa's All-World

Wow! The Tulsa World announced 10 Trident swimmers were Finalists, 1st & 2nd Team plus Honorable Mentions for the 2018-19 high school season. Way to represent your 6 high schools: Isabelle, Laney, Walker, Jack, River, Dylan, Ian, Riley, Caleb and Duncan!

Packard Commits to Illinois

Isabelle Packard has officially committed to swim at The University of Illinois this fall! Our Trident family could not be more happy and excited for the Packard family for this tremendous opportunity Isabelle has earned. Way to go, Izzy!

Regional VIII Sectionals

Way to go, Sectional Team!! 18 personal best times for our 9-swimmer team!

Jack earned two Junior Nationals cuts in the 500 and 1650 Freestyle!

OK State Championship

What a weekend at State, Trident! 4 State Champions, 18 Finalists. A team that raced together, cheered together, persevered...and succeeded together. 24 swimmers...71 personal best times...way to go!!

Record Breaker

Alex Lane broke a long-standing 11-12 Women's 200 Free state record on January 5th...besting the prior record by almost 4 seconds.  Way to go, Alex!

Through our beloved sport of swimming, Trident's mission is to play a meaningful role in developing amazing athletes and even more amazing people...embracing life's journey and the many tremendous life skills, character development and athletic achievement that our great sport can instill in each of us!
